Tomorrow they should be on the glacier and at their cache of food and supplies for the remainder of the climb. The cache was hauled in by dogsled a couple of months ago when snow still covered most of Alaska.

Mike-cheers to the mountain man and his cohorts. Be safe and for god's sake, be daring! We will be thinking of you while sloshing about in the Atlantic and white sand beaches of Hilton Head Island, SC.

Mike-Only a few days into it and you already have a bear story! I'm with Steve.. be daring! but by all means be safe! and watch out for rabid caribou. We will be thinking of you while zipping about in Costa Rica.
